Please complete this additional data so that your ad may be completed.  There are add on options included and acknowledgements to affirm have been read and understood.  The MGA Official Program is provided as a link to viewers in the audience at Miss Gay America and Miss Gay America Femme through the week.  The printed program option if selected will be produced and available on site, and are limited to one per guest at the venue.  Additional copies will be made available for sale on the MGA Store.
