SHIPPING POLICY
All products are produced individually. Any issue with design or print quality may be communicated to our general e-mail: info@mgastore.com. Our team will respond within 2 business days.
Items take between 3-8 days to produce and take approximately one week to ship.
With the recent development of COVID-19, we ask you to consider the inevitable delay in shipping times by up to an additional 30 days.
Return & Exchange Policy
Clothing items may be exchanged within 72 hours of confirmed order delvery. The purchaser is responsible to ship returns to Deejers Design. An e-mail should be sent to info@mgastore.com with the subject:
SUBJECT: Exchange (Order _________)

Please include the original order number for your purchase.;;
Upon receipt, a replacement will be ordered and sent to the return address for the original order, unless noted in the return package. We will not charge for shipping on exchanges requested within 72 hours due to defect.
Items that are not a correct size may be exchanged within 5 business days following the above process. There will be a $10 processing fee for clothing exchanges, and $20 fee for shoes due to incorrect size.
Any items purchased at an event may be exchanged for incorrect size within 30 days of the purchase date using the return address above.
